Hands-on Retreat

I have had chronic back problems for six years now. I have 4 herniated discs, and I have Fibromyalgia as well. I went to a neurosurgeon who told me that arthritis has wrapped around these discs and nothing he could do would help. I had severe headaches, neck pain, back pain, and pain all the way down my legs. My family doctor and her family go to Hands-On Retreat and she suggested that I try it. I had nothing to lose. But what I gained was a miracle! My headaches are gone, I have more energy, and I just feel so much better. And it's so affordable! I would recommend Hands-On Retreat to anyone with or without chronic pain.
