All I can say is that the items are overpriced. Just check Walmart.Com and you’ll see. Also the staff not only seems overworked but they are. As a person who knows a friend that works there, they said the pay is ridiculous. Not to mention that you don’t get a yearly review even upon request. Also regardless of how well you’re doing, you have to submit a formal paper outlining what and why you want a raise. So working on the inside looks the same as what previous people have said about the service and respect. There is none. Watch your back cause they won’t. It’s all about the $$$$$$. You can’t even get a hold of the owner, he’ll blow you off and get a call maybe from one of his “managers “. Ha don’t go unless you have no choice.
Absolutely horrible experience - I understand they are now owned by Carroll Hospital and I can't imagine why Carroll Hospital would affiliate themselves with this awful place. I've dealt with them over 3 issues over 2 years and they were just as bad on each occasion. I've only ever had a phone call returned TWICE and that is with more than 50 phone calls and messages left for them over the course of these three issues. The pharmacy itself is dirty and the staff seems to be overworked and underpaid. The billing department is atrocious and I've literally only every had them return a phone call ONCE. They have charged me three times the cost of what I could get an item on Amazon. Three times! It's absurd. Between the horrible customer service, the ridiculous charges and the appearance of the pharmacy, I can't say strongly enough - do NOT use this place. And to Carroll Hospital - I don't know what you're thinking affiliating yourself with Anchor Pharmacy
Mike Hernandez is the rudest Respitory Care Coordinator ever and does not know how to offer appropriate service to Anchor customers. He had billed my insurance for services that have not been rendered. I will be reporting his false claims practices to the Feds asap.
I love this pharmacy!! Everyone is extremely nice and they're very quick. You won't even wait 15 minutes if they aren't busy. Don't waste your time anywhere else in westminster!
FIND ANOTHER PHARMACIST. First time had an issue because I wanted a price on the prescription. Person taking the order over the phone already received via fax and she had difficulty putting it in her system and said my insurance was denying it and it would cost $200! I told her that was ridiculous and then she played around with the system in order to get my insurance to take it for a cost to me of $25. Called two days before I needed it and entered my information in the telephone system and it indicated that my prescription would be ready by 3:00. Husband went in to pick up and they couldn't find it. Then informed my husband that compounds are not refilled on the day requested. My husband asked "How are we supposed to know that?" It was finally decided that we would pick it up the next day. Came the next day and the pharmacist said, "I just didn't have time to make it." as we watched people coming and picking up. Then told us to come back in 20 minutes.
The pharmacy at this location really lacks customer service EXCEPT for Courtney! She is the only one that actually listened to what I was telling her and solved my problem immediately. I had been battling for a week with the rest of the employees including the pharmacist to get a refill. It was filled on 3/3/15 originally, and they told me that it couldn't be filled until 4/3/15. The problem with that is that is day 32! The prescription was a 30 day supply! They wouldn't even take the time to look at the fact that March has 31 days. So frustrating!!!!!!! Good thing I don't need this medicine to live.
