My mother and I went here for pedicures only hoping for a relaxing experience. The girl that did my mother kept hurting her and cutting into her skin. The girl that did my nails used water that was almost cold, I give myself more of a massage when I put on my own lotion then she gave me. And I am known for flowers on my big toes which I requested upon arrival. She painted all of my toes and then said we had to let them dry for a moment while she proceeded to help the man sitting next to me. After 10 minutes my mother and I kept speaking loudly to each other... are we ready to go, is she going to do the flowers??? we got no response from her whatsoever until we got up to leave and then she finished putting clear polish on my toes and said said oh you want a flower and called another girl from next-door who is getting her haircut AND colored. This girl came over with tinfoil in her hair and said do you want to flower I can paint one for you? At this time we no longer had time so we walked out.., I went home and put flower decals on my toes until the next pedicure... someplace else !!! When I called to complain about the whole experience all the gal told me was oh sorry!

All of the employees are very rude and don't even speak to you in English. The worst part is that they blatantly talk about all of the customers in Vietnamese though! But really the main reason why I gave them ONE STAR is because they have no clue how to remove or do gel nail polish correctly. They even say that they have Shellac when they really don't - they have some terrible generic brand that peels off right after they do it. Plus they overcharge for the terrible services. I left there with a broken nail and a terrible polish job and paid $70. There are WAY nicer salons with WAY nicer employees that charge WAY less for actual Shellac. Don't waste your money here! I can't even believe this place is still open because it's terrible!
Ironically, the VIP stands for Very Important Person, but I am sure most of the staff working there have no idea what that means, because of their lack of English skills and also because of their lack of customer service skills. The fact that the salon has about 30 chairs and 30 tables tells you they are into mass production of services where they churn out numerous customers fast and furious, quite the opposite of the concept of 'Very Important person.' I took my daughter there for a manicure, and whenever I tried to ask the manicurist a question, she ignored me. Subtle cultural nuances like 'paying attention to the person paying the bill' are lost on this culturally and linguistically inept business. I had to ask three times before our manicurist's would even stop her fast pace 10-minute manicure and look up and address my concern. Not even volume and vocal variety would shake her from her robotic style, as if she was working on a machine and not with another human being. When I brought up a concern that they had the entire manicure done in what seemed like 10 minutes, she pointed to a sign on the wall stating 15 minute manicures. It was clear, they want you to think 15 minutes means no waiting, but what it really means is, they do fast, crappy work. They spent hardly any time trimming cuticles, filing, or massaging. There were no extras like using a warm wash cloth or cuticle oils, just the basics. Most importantly, I am tired of businesses like these that don't seem to make any effort to understand their English speaking customers and use the fact they speak little to no English as an excuse for poor customer service. It is time American's start standing up to them, demanding their technicians learn our language or we aren't going to patronize their businesses. In this business's case the VIP stands for Very Ignorant People or high Volume while Ignoring People.
These people were awesome! I thought their Sunday hours were later than they actually are & they stayed open late to accommodate my sister in law & sister the day before her wedding. They were professorial & the service was impeccable. It was a very clean & comfortable atmosphere. I rarely treat myself to manicures & pedicures, but this was a wonderful experience & I will definitely be back & recommend them to everyone. Thank you so much for your kindness, hospitality, & skill. Excellent business.
Was looking for a place that does good pedicures and I did some research and found this place. I just walked in and they took me right away no wait. I have to go to place for when I want acrylic nails but I must say I found my new go to place when I want to have a gel mani and regular polish pedi. The atmosphere is so relaxing and they do a very good job. I've been to so many nail shops throughout the years and this is definitely one of the best I've been to. If your looking for a refreshing pedicure this is definitely the place. Very relaxing. I recommend this place for sure and will be coming back !
This place is amazing!! My mom, sister, and I walked in to get our nails done for my sister wedding and all of them more than took care of us! They suggested colors to achieve the exact look we were going for and made sure every detail was perfect! We are being back our other bridesmaids tomorrow!
I came in with hair down to my waist all one length perfect for any haircut. Showed picture of how I wanted my hair style and color and got neither. Stayed 4 hours trying to get them to fix it. Tried to blame mistakes on me. I had 4 pictures of the hair color I wanted. They gave me highlights. I explained it wasn't what I wanted the told me if they did what I wanted it would dry out my hair. Ok I've never died my hair. it's perfectly healthy. Even if that were true I should have had the option. They did what they wanted. Didn't listen to my request. Well never return. Terrible.
I have been here twice once to get my nails done, once to get my money back the owner will not give a refund on horribly done nails. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy,if the owner won't refund my money, shouldn't the two girls who did my nails? The only reason there is one star here is because it will not let me move on without it!
Wish I could take away the one star given. They are unprofessional. They don't know the difference between shellac or regular polish. They made me pay before my service was completed. Not friendly and boss wasn't there to complain about the service to. Good luck to anyone who goes. Save your money for a better place.
Not only did they rip my skin while waxing me, they charged me twice when I paid with my debit card. It would not have been so bad, but I had paid for a full set, pedi and wax jobs for both my daughter and myself. When I went into their store to ask that they drop one of the charges so that I would not bounce any checks, Helen told me that it was my problem, not theirs. I showed her my online bank statement that clearly showed a double charge, but she did not care. I will NOT be going back!!!
