This restaraunt has the best veggie burrito around. They understand that vegetarians want more than onions. If you want a good veggie burrito, I suggest that you try it. We have been in twice, and the noise level both times has been way too high. It does not make it a pleasant dining experience. First time wait staff was very good and talked a first time customer through first experience, excellently. Second time, waitor was just interested in his tip. Gave me water with out asking( i prefer no ice, by the way) and when coming by didn't seem to really care about the customer, didn't even stop, just walked by asking questions. Seemed like obligatory stops. Both experiences the wait staff is in such a hurry, they might as well make it fast food and put in a drive through window. That's not why we go out to eat-to be rushed . I hope that management reads this, as if they tweak the noise and wait staff. Other wise I would come back :( Sorry

I just got off work. I work around the corner. Sat down at the bar and was greeted by a gentleman who happened to be my server. I wasn't sure because the area I was in seemed kind of separated. I was greeted with water chips and salsa which I love. Next I got a Margarita happy hour was over boo haha. Then I asked about the menu and Jose suggested something a little different. So I went for it. Honestly it was the spinach quesadilla and it was not great. José asked if I like spicy though which I do. I can't handle green Chili. He brought me a Habanero and an El diablo from the kitchen. He was so right on about the complementing of the flavors. The spinach was salty and what he brought made it so much better! I appreciate his hospitality. Being in the business for 13 years I respect a good server. The salsa was awesome. I eat it all the time but most of all the server was great. I will go back soon
We have not been to the Lone Tree Los Arcos, but have been to the Westminster, Los Arcos on several occasions. My husband and I live in Colorado Springs and have not found any food that compares, except in Mexico! We look forward to a trip to our daughters so that we can dine at Los Arcos. The food is always excellent, the drinks have liquour that you can taste, and the service is wonderful. The family always greets us as if we were there every week. They remember our names even though it might be 2 or 3 months between visits. If there is ever anything wrong with the food or service, it is taken care of immediately. We love the food and quality and the ambiance.
Atmosphere: dimly lit, booths and tables. Prices: Reasonable for the HUGE AMOUNT of food you get. Food: Amazing. Everything there has some spice to it. I have a wimpy palate, but the taste was so phenomenal that I ignored the burn. Tons of interesting vegetation choices! Drinks: The margarita was strong! Every day has half priced margaritas. I had 4 and they hit me more than any other margarita. Great wait staff: Jeff in the bar area was AMAZING! FAST SERVICE! Remember its not Mexican food, its NEW Mexican food. There IS a difference!
Great food. Fast and prompt service. Always an available table. No wait time. Reasonable prices (about $9 a plate). Atmosphere, so-so, a big open room. Margaritas, amazing. FYI: The difference between a house margarita and a top-shelf one is one word. Make sure to let them know you want the cheaper one (if you do). We ordered 2 pitchers of, what I said, "a classic margarita" and our bill said $60 for them. They had given us top shelf. The cheaper margarita pitcher is only $15 each. Other than that, we love it here!
I love coming to 3 Margaritas and my husband always starts us off with the Queso Fundido. I love that they have a section on the menu that has healthier food. I always try to eat healthy when I go out, so the last time we came I got the Ensalada Costa Alegre. It was great and the sauce was amazing. I think it was a mango something. But, I enjoyed the food and the service. Great quality and quantity.
I've had dinner there on a few Saturday nights before movies, and I'm always there with a large group of people. The most people we had was 35, and the restaurant handled it with ease. They took a reservation and gave us all separate checks. The service was fast and accurate, an impressive feat with big groups.
There is never a wait here, which is nice. The food is always pretty decent. They have great veggie fajitas, which is great for a vegetarian like me! They even have broccoli in them. Yum! Wait staff is always attentive and hospitable. Great place if you are in the area and craving Mexican food!
