Stained Glass Castle

This company has terrible business practices. After they assessed our home, they assured us they were able to install the stained glass. We provided a deposit, then a week later they called saying they are unable to do the job, and they refuse to refund our deposit. Stay far away from this company.

Jan did a great job on our stained glass for our front doors. She came out to our house and helped us choose a design that would go well with our style of home. She has done other homes in our neighborhood which look incredible. We would definitely use her again. We have received many compliments on our front door.

Woman is talented, but certifiable crazy and dishonest. Refused to refund me $100 when she couldn't find the second stained glass of a pair we bought when I forgot to initially take the receipt even though she knew full well I had paid her $200. Treated me like a liar when the liar was staring at her in her mirror. That and she will give you all kinds of unsolicited psychological advice when she is clearly the one in need of therapy. Stay away. The woman lives only with dogs and cats because they are the only ones who could stand it.

I've had the opportunity to see Jan Brookhart's stained glass creations many times over the years -- highly creative, beautifully executed.

We own a traditional glass company in Long Beach and don't do this kind of work. When our customers need new or replacement stained glass, we send them to Jan at Stained Glass Castle. She's always taken great care of our customers. We trust her to deliver on time, professionally and with fair prices.

I just love the windows Jan designed for my home. The bevels and crystals sparkle so brilliantly!! Everyone at the Castle was so friendly and professional. They whole job was completed on time and under budget. Thanks alot!

I honestly can't believe they are still In business! Jan is the worse!! Full blown argument with her over my broken stain glass!!!
