People there are friendly and helpful. Our travel trailer's original battery died very fast after we finished the purchasing. Sale man Alex drove over 65 miles to our home to deliver the new battery to us, and provided us many tips in using the new trailer. The orientation Tech Sebastian is also nice, he is so patient and detail in explaining us everything that we need to know about our new trailer when he gave us the orientation.I recommend this place to all my friends.

I found exactly the RV I was looking for at a good price at DDRV. The salesman, Joe Hunyh, was super helpful in walking me through my options and letting me make up my own mind. DDRV has a ton of RVs in stock that Joe helped me "try on for fit". I chose a 23 foot Minnie Winnie. The rest of the staff at DDRV were equally as professional in helping me get the extras I wanted added and in closing the deal. Shop on-line first, then go to DDRV to buy.

I went there interested in a Salem trailer, and once I arrived I was greeted by Guillermo the salesman, who was very welcoming and very happy to assist me and point me in the right direction. He seemed to be very honest and forward with me, cutting all the bs out , which I admire since I am a very direct person myself. He answered all my questions and concerns and was even happy enough to measure the trailer for me. I have to say I've shopped around a few places and I must say its not about the price, its about the experience you will have with your family and friends when you get to go camping and sharing memories together. I've never seen so many RVs. We almost left to go to the other Rv place but tjhey had the Winnebago here so we stayed. Nick was awesome with the tutorial. He answered the dumb questions i had. good customer service!
