I stopped by yesterday to test drive the Clarity Electric. Well, I ended up signing the lease. I went there knowing what vehicle I was interested in and did research beforehand on the car. Khalid helped me with the test drive and everything else, and I fell in love with the car. There was no pressure to buy the car, buy extra plans, switch to their Allstate insurance, etc. They let me tell them what I wanted, they gave suggestions, and I made the decision. Best of all, it only took 2-3 hours. My last car at a competitor dealership took 6-7 hours. I had a great experience here and I know my friend is looking into the CRV now. Most recently brought the Honda to this car dealership. The car horn stopped working. Then it went back on. I came here for a horn problem. Then the very unprofessional female Asian adult, the one that likes to get on the first name basis trash starts talking about other items that had nothing to do with the car horn problem. She comes out with : Lets hope and pray trash. Also that she has some expert that fixes the cars. She convinced me. To get: $900.00 worth of none related to initial car problem issue. That being the horn. Then her expert mechanic says the car horn problem is a certain wire. Then the car is brought in the third time. Seems like the none mechanic knows the problem is something simple. Yet just wants to get as much as he can money wise from the customer. The horn is not working . I'm out of this city and county. But: Honda World does not care. I might have to miss to medical appointments. Honda World does not care. They already made: $400.00 for a wire that's was not the problems. Then the empty suite female Asian adult suggested: $900.00 , none horn problem related maintenance. I'm sure the dealership is very proud of her milking a customer out of as much money as you . Then the female Asian adult wants to use the befriending technique. Get on the first name basis. To lie and get more money out of the customer. The problem is perhaps very simple. Yet the dealership makes more money by keeping the customer in the dark. Silence of entity based on time of discovery. They have lots of negative reviews on: Yelp.
We purchased our Honda Pilot from Marinko at Honda World. He did two test drives with us on different trims and explained all the alternatives and price ranges. He also answered our questions over the next two months as we took our time shopping around. We ended up getting our vehicle from Marinko as he presented a good selection of vehicles to choose from (color being our important factor) and a fair price.
If you need to find a good deal with excellent service, Michael Pham is your man! We had been shopping around for a new car and had been to a few local dealers, but they kept trying to get us to buy a more expensive car with lots of upgrades. Then, we heard Michael on the radio and decided to give Honda World a try. We weren't disappointed. Michael was knowledgeable, flexible, and courteous. He gave us a price that beat all of the other dealers. We couldn't be more happy, and would recommend Michael to any of our friends. Way to go, Michael!

Marinko Rudela and the whole team at Honda World Westminister did such a wonderful job when I bought my Honda Civic! It was such a pleasant experience and everyone was very helpful.
This place is really HORRIBLE! It should not get even one star. The sales people are all extreme high pressure and rude! They sent out FIVE people from sales reps to sups to try and get me to buy an SUV for more than I wanted to pay and even tried to get me to finance claiming that it would benefit me. The sales rep who initially approached me wanted to take the keys to my car claiming that they needed to look at it for the trade in value. The real reason was so that they could keep me hostage while they kept working on me. It took them about an hour and a half for ALL of them to get that I was not going to budge. They really thought I was an easy mark. I don't know who the other reviewers are who gave this place high marks, but I would bet they are connected somehow to this business and just added their two cents to try and make it look good. Those reviews look too suspicious. Buyer beware!!! This place needs to shut down. To add, when I drove away from this place with the car I unfortunately bought from them the steering wheel was shaking. I was NOT about to go to their service dept because I KNEW they would do more damage than they had. Once I was done with all the paper work to buy this car they took a really REALLY long time to get the car to me. I realized that they had done something to the steering wheel during that time. I took it to a mechanic whom I trusted and he told me that the steering wheel was in a very dangerous state so they fixed it for me. This dealership is not only thieves, but they are evil. To do that and put me in danger like that, all for profit, is pure evil
First week of 2017 on my vacation and shopping for a new new truck. Went to many dealers but when I reached this place Honda World Westminster I knew I was home. Ray Egans honored the price he had given me online and even though they didn't have the color I was looking for he got on his three phones like a broker and found me my baby after a few minutes. Amazing service! Please give him a call and see what I mean! Must thank also Marinko Rudela who also located a truck for me to go and test drive and kept me informed as to all that would take place step by step. Great team and you can tell they love what they do.
