SCAM..SCAM..SCAM..LIARSThese guys are a bunch of fraudsters. Stay away from these guys. I called them and spoke with Malek and we agreed to a price on a Honda Odyssey. He asked me to come over to do the paperwork. I am glad I called before I went there to check on the color only to realize he was gone for the day. I was then transferred to his son Khaled who said he will check with his dad on the deal and call me back in 5 minutes. It has been almost 24 hours and over 20 calls and still couldn't get either of the guys. One time I got hold of him, he said he sent me text messages and his phone was acting weird and he again said he is in a meeting and will call me in 5 minutes and hung up.I tried to talk to a Supervisor about this and no luck. Just more of the same treatment. If they treat potential buyers like this, imagine once you are there at their dealership. I am sure they are used to humiliating and intimidating people and forcing them to buy vehicles at high prices. I hope Honda does something to shut these guys down. My sincere appeal to anyone reading this is to avoid these guys. You deserve better. All their prices over the phone are just to get you to the dealership. They will not honor deals and they will try all kinds of tactics to make you pay more. Stay away.

Both service advisors are very unreliable: Kim Nguyen and Alejandro Almanzar. I had a air bag light on. One of the idiots claimed the problem was the weight of a jug of water. This was not the problem. The problem was a computer install shorting out the system. Why couldn't the incompetent mechanic fix and find the problem? Or maybe he just wanted to leave it like this so I would be required to pay more money , for return visits ? Next : Issue. I also had a horn problem. Kim Nguyen , decided to switch my problem to refer to other areas to milk me out of more money. Then disregarded a horn problem. What kind of mechanic needs to duplicate a problem. A fake none mechanic. I saw all the deleted a filtered reviews on Yelp. No these customers didn't violate , Yelp rules. Its because they do have , unreliable mechanics. They fix one thing and will put a band aid. So you will be required to come back. It cost about: $200.00 to replace a key. about: $600.00 to fix a problem with the trunk. They may have the three types of mechanics: ( 1.) Hourly , paid by the hour. ( 2.) Salary, paid by the month. ( 3.) Commission. They get paid by piece work. They will fix one thing and put a band aid. This is a temporary fix job. This way you will be required to keep coming back to pay more money for the same problem. Next: Some times commission mechanics will fix one thing and damage another. This is done if a car has lots of car miles. ( Plausible Deniability ). They will not do this to new cars. Because new cars are under warranty. Just one that has some miles. So the : Service Advisors are liars and unreliable. They will use the shifting technique . How can a person be caught up on all maintenance then you come in for a horn problem . Then out of no where you need this, you need that. Yet, previously they inform you you're all caught up in maintenance . Never fixed my horn problem. I went some where else. Took the old horn out. Put a new one. Yet, paid lots of money for none related initial car problems. Sales , is again: Liars and cheats. ( Bait & Switch ). Filled with : False Advertising. I was under the impression this act is prohibited? False Advertising: Calif. Business and Professions Codes: 17200, 17500, 17509? Or how about : Breach of a verbal promise: Calif. Labor Code: 920 ? Or breach of a implied contract . Calif. Civil Codes: 3300-3400. The real problem is perhaps the owner is turning a blind eye. I question after bringing in the car more then one time for the same issue did they just leave it in the parking lot. Then have me sit in the waiting room for fours, to do nothing. Look at all the negative reviews filtered or deleted on : Yelp. Is this a form of: ( Silence of a Entity, based on time of discovery ) . Calif. Gov. Codes: 911.23 and 911.64. I should ask. Does this dealership know I saw a , Rip Off Report on this car dealership. They are not honest. They have no integrity . The mechanics are empty suit lame ducks. Over charge for car parts. Can the mechanics prove they are honest? ( 1.) No. lie. M. R.I. This measures brain waves. While being filmed on : You Tube. If we never see them volunteering they must have allot to hide. This can show : ( Reasonable Doubt ). To some : This can equal guilt. The auto body shop is believed to have previously stolen personal property from customers. Would those working here for the last ten years , volunteer for the same requested test? Or how about: ( 2.) California Evidence Code: 801.70. The lie truth serum test? ( 3.) Or Calif. Evidence Code: Section: 795. Hypnosis. Is this too much to ask ? I found a reliable mechanic. All five stars. To prove what I am saying is true, it won't be long before more customers post their bad experience.
THE CAR SALES USE: ( BAIT & SWITCH ) PLUS: OVER CHARGE PARTS NOT NEEDED . ( UP- SALE ). THE MECHANIC DO THEIR BEST TO MILK A CUSTOMER OUT OF ALL MONEY. KIM IS VERY BAD WOMEN. LIAR. THE HAD ELDER FEMALE ASIAN ADULT. ( WANTS TO BEFRIEND CUSTOMER GET ON FIRST NAME BASIS TRASH ) NO MECHANICS HERE WANT TO PROVE THEY ARE HONEST? NONE WANT TO TAKE THE : ( TRINTY OF TRUTH TEST ).
I stopped by yesterday to test drive the Clarity Electric. Well, I ended up signing the lease. I went there knowing what vehicle I was interested in and did research beforehand on the car. Khalid helped me with the test drive and everything else, and I fell in love with the car. There was no pressure to buy the car, buy extra plans, switch to their Allstate insurance, etc. They let me tell them what I wanted, they gave suggestions, and I made the decision. Best of all, it only took 2-3 hours. My last car at a competitor dealership took 6-7 hours. I had a great experience here and I know my friend is looking into the CRV now. Thank you so much Khalid, Virginia, and Shanel!
Most recently brought the Honda to this car dealership. The car horn stopped working. Then it went back on. I came here for a horn problem. Then the very unprofessional female Asian adult, the one that likes to get on the first name basis trash starts talking about other items that had nothing to do with the car horn problem. She comes out with : Lets hope and pray trash. Also that she has some expert that fixes the cars. She convinced me. To get: $900.00 worth of none related to initial car problem issue. That being the horn. Then her expert mechanic says the car horn problem is a certain wire. Then the car is brought in the third time. Seems like the none mechanic knows the problem is something simple. Yet just wants to get as much as he can money wise from the customer. The horn is not working . I'm out of this city and county. But: Honda World does not care. I might have to miss to medical appointments. Honda World does not care. They already made: $400.00 for a wire that's was not the problems. Then the empty suite female Asian adult suggested: $900.00 , none horn problem related maintenance. I'm sure the dealership is very proud of her milking a customer out of as much money as you . Then the female Asian adult wants to use the befriending technique. Get on the first name basis. To lie and get more money out of the customer. The problem is perhaps very simple. Yet the dealership makes more money by keeping the customer in the dark. Silence of entity based on time of discovery. They have lots of negative reviews on: Yelp.
We purchased our Honda Pilot from Marinko at Honda World. He did two test drives with us on different trims and explained all the alternatives and price ranges. He also answered our questions over the next two months as we took our time shopping around. We ended up getting our vehicle from Marinko as he presented a good selection of vehicles to choose from (color being our important factor) and a fair price.
If you need to find a good deal with excellent service, Michael Pham is your man! We had been shopping around for a new car and had been to a few local dealers, but they kept trying to get us to buy a more expensive car with lots of upgrades. Then, we heard Michael on the radio and decided to give Honda World a try. We weren't disappointed. Michael was knowledgeable, flexible, and courteous. He gave us a price that beat all of the other dealers. We couldn't be more happy, and would recommend Michael to any of our friends. Way to go, Michael!
Marinko Rudela, Ray Egans did an outstanding performance when it came to pricing. I like their straightforward and honest approach in negotiating the car deal. Josef Lai was very professional in helping us with our financing. Overall, great experience with great people. Definitely recommend this trio when it comes to buy or lease a Honda at OC Honda World.
Marinko Rudela and the whole team at Honda World Westminister did such a wonderful job when I bought my Honda Civic! It was such a pleasant experience and everyone was very helpful.
This place is really HORRIBLE! It should not get even one star. The sales people are all extreme high pressure and rude! They sent out FIVE people from sales reps to sups to try and get me to buy an SUV for more than I wanted to pay and even tried to get me to finance claiming that it would benefit me. The sales rep who initially approached me wanted to take the keys to my car claiming that they needed to look at it for the trade in value. The real reason was so that they could keep me hostage while they kept working on me. It took them about an hour and a half for ALL of them to get that I was not going to budge. They really thought I was an easy mark. I don't know who the other reviewers are who gave this place high marks, but I would bet they are connected somehow to this business and just added their two cents to try and make it look good. Those reviews look too suspicious. Buyer beware!!! This place needs to shut down. To add, when I drove away from this place with the car I unfortunately bought from them the steering wheel was shaking. I was NOT about to go to their service dept because I KNEW they would do more damage than they had. Once I was done with all the paper work to buy this car they took a really REALLY long time to get the car to me. I realized that they had done something to the steering wheel during that time. I took it to a mechanic whom I trusted and he told me that the steering wheel was in a very dangerous state so they fixed it for me. This dealership is not only thieves, but they are evil. To do that and put me in danger like that, all for profit, is pure evil
