Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a company. I purchased a window and had one of their "professional" install it. 3 years later, I have $6,000.00 worth of water damage. Hired a competent contractor, and was advised to contact my homeowner's insurance. I ordered replacement tile because my entire bathroom had to be gutted. Used the online assistance as well as contacted this store location and ordered $550.00 worth of tile to repair my bathroom. Was assured by the online associate as well as contacted this location and was assured everything was in stock and would be ready for pickup. 2 days after I ordered it, I get a phone call that my entire order had been cancelled because everything I had ordered was discontinued. Checked my bank balance and found out that they hadn't refunded my credit card. Contacted them and was told that I had to wait 7-10 business days for a refund for a return. This wasn't a return, they never had the product to sell. Contacted corporate and demanded that since they cancelled the order, the money should have been returned to my account immediately, and they gave me the return run around. Contacted my bank and filed a dispute. Total incompetence at every level. I have been doing business with them for years, have spent literally thousands of dollars there, and they can't even get my money back to get the tile I need to do the job their faulty window and poor installation fixed. The associates don't have a clue what they are doing or what they have in stock, online chat is a joke, they haven't a clue either. They don't even know what they have in stock, and it's impossible to get your money back in a timely manner even when it's their fault and they are in error. Save your time, save yourself from the headache, and go to Menard's or Home Depot. It isn't worth the hassle, and you have to file a dispute with your financial institution to get you money back. Be prepared for a long wait as well. Total scam, unqualified installers, inferior windows. Plan on suing them for my deductible as well as encouraging my insurance company to recoup the losses we both have incurred. Corporate is a joke, just of a bunch of empty apologies and no action. They have lost my business as well as my friends and family. Their IT admin can't keep the website up to date, their associates online and in store don't have a clue what they are talking about or even what they have in stock. If they can't keep their website up to date, I wonder if they keep their security system up to date. Now, I will have to keep checking to see if anyone starts using my credit card. Incompetence like this is how websites get hacked. Lesson learned the hard way. Now, off to file a complaint with the BBB. No one should have to deal with this sort of aggravation because they aren't qualified to tie a pair of shoes.
