Rx Express Pharmacy

This pharmacy needs to train the person on the phone what not to say. I'm on a fixed income and got behind so I would make arrangements with the pharmacist to pay a certain ammount and I would be sure to pay that agreed amount,their has even been a time when I could send more and I did. The young lady on tbe phone said under her breath you just got a check, I said excuse me what did you say she said you just got a check. That statment made me feel as if they held back a very important medication that I called for but was not sent out and I'm not suppose to miss a dose of or I start withdrawl, now I can't get it until tomorrow,smh. They could have called me and requested full payment rather than puttingy health in jepoardy and insulting me as if I'm trying not to pay. If they have issues with customers on a fixed income and might not have the money on time then they should probably do away with half of their customers. I'll be paying them off and changing pharmacy. The delivery guys are very professional and compassionate!!!

This is the best pharmacy I've used in my adult life. The staff is both competent and friendly. They have always been able to fill my prescriptions at the lowest prices available.
