I think this dealership is awful the service is worse then should be. I took my car in got my back and sounds worse then before. I haven't had my car for not even a year like 5 months it's been in there 3 times would of been 4 but they lied and said it wasn't covered under warranty they pay me back but it's just the point. I would never buy another car from here or take my car back there. Oh how about the service guy calling me asking me days later if their service guy left his tools in my car and then added I was calling to how my car was driving like really
Don't bring your car to this dealership for service, they are way over estimate and go way over on there estimated repair time, I am stuck paying hundreds more because this shop and dealer has no service vehicle available to loan out because of their delays. They also said that is there policy to not go above and beyond for their customers. I think this is completely ridiculous and will next do business with this dealer again in my life.
Terrible dealership. I have been doing some research on the new Buick Encore, and decided yesterday to take my Family in to visit the dealership. At first, a sales lady saw us as she was finishing up with another customer and said if we needed help, to go inside, if nobody was available, she would be. (That lady was the sales person I wish I would have worked with). The sales person I did work with seemed really unmotivated to sell that car. I asked if there were any special incentives or sales or anything, and his response was, well the car is really hot seller and there is no need for specials, and then whipped up an incredibly high lease plan, and suggested I should look at a GMC terrain. Really? What happened to the days of "What do I have to do to get you to buy this car"? Wow, if I am to buy a Buick, it definately won't be at Red Holman.
I AM SO HAPPY WITH MY NEW GMC SIERRA .. I HAVE ALWAYS LEASED SUV'S FROM RED HOLMAN , BUT MY SALES ASSOCIATE TOLD ME TO TEST DRIVE A SIERRA, AT FIRST I WASN'T SURE ABOUT IT JUST BECAUSE IT WAS A TRUCK BUT AFTER 2 TEST DRIVES I WAS CONVINCED I HAD TO HAVE IT.. I WANT TO THANK MR.TIMKO FOR HELPING FIND MY NEW TRUCK . THANKS SO MUCH, LOVE IT !!!!!
I HAVE PURCHASED VEHICLES AT A NUMBER OF DEALERSHIPS AND HAVE ALWAYS FELT RUSHED OUT THE DOOR AS SOON AS YOU AGREE TO MAKE A PURCHASE..THAT WAS NOT THE CASE WHEN I RECENTLEY FOUND RED HOLMAN. MY SALES ASSOCIATE WAS VERY KIND AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO ME ABOUT MY NEW PURCHASE, FROM A TOUR OF SERVICE AND PARTS DEPT. TO EVEN INTRODUCING ME TO THE OWNERS.. WHAT A WELCOMING EXPERIENCE .MY SALESMAN ALSO CHECKS IN TO MAKE SURE ALL IS WELL.

Todd is always to the point and gives you an honest anwser and is very helpful. Awhile back I had a heat and air problem it was fixed in a days work and I have had no further issuses with my car .. Thanks for the good work..
My Pontiac had some problems with the brakes, so I took it in to Red Holman. They've been around a while, and they're near me, and I've had problems elsewhere with off brand parts, which I knew wouldn't be a problem at a dealer. They handled my repair just fine, looked at and warned me about some other forthcoming problems, and I paid what I felt was a fair price. I trust them to take care of my car. I always buy GM because of the quality of the engine (though in the case of the Pontiac, I don't like the way the seat feels) and I haven't been disappointed. My car has 178,000 miles and is running great. The service man was nice too.
THE SALES PERSON GIVES YOU A LOW QUOTE TO SUCKER YOU IN....THEN THEY CALL YOU AN HOUR LATER AND GIVE YOU A QUOTE THREE TIMES THE AMOUNT, THEY KNOW YOUR GOING TO DECLINE THE SERVICE .. SO THEY THEN PROFIT BY TAKING THE LOWER AMOUNT--$106 FOR 15MINUTES OF WORK!
AND THEY GAIN EVEN MORE IF YOU DECIDE TO GET THE WORK DONE WITH THEIR OUTRAGEOUS PRICES THEY CHARGE FOR SERVICE!!
