I've had nothing but the very best of treatment from Dillon's. Their prices, friendliness and professionalism can't be beat. I've shopped there for many, many years, and not once have I ever encountered a problem with anything!!

I had a good experience with Dillons. Needed to replace the movement in my Invicta watch. They did an excellent job & had it back to me in a week.

WARNING!! This jeweler is rude and does not know what he is doing! I took my diamond in the have it reset into a different gold and had it appraised. I bought this diamond loose and had it appraised twice by two different jewelers and they were the same. After taking it here, it was 4 clarity grades lower and 3 color grades lower than the original two appraisals. We were worried that they switched my diamond. I took it to a fourth jeweler that appraised it, it is still not the same, but better than this places appraisal. When confronted about this, the manager was rude and condescending and the person doing the appraisal simply said that he would put whatever I felt like on the appraisal to make me feel better. DO NOT TRUST THEM!

Worst service! Went to sell A diamond engagement ring there. Was Quoted a price for the diamond and ring setting. Was told I could shop around town for a better offer. A week to the day came back to take them up on their offer and was then given a new price $600.00 LESS then the original offer and they wanted the 2nd of three diamonds.When ask how could you treat a customer like this..reply was you should have sold it to us a week ago. What then was the point of shopping it around? So that after you do they can rob you on price and now a second diamond? Never will they get any of my business nor the business of any of my friends!!

The worst experience ever! I would never go here again after the way they treated me. They offered me such a low number to buy my gold and then treated me like dirt.

Dillon's Jewelers is awesome. They have a great selection

and great prices. The owners are very involved and customer service is their number one goal. They also repaired my grandfather clock several years ago and I have never had another problem since. Keep up the great job!! You are the BEST!!! Thank You!!!!

They are the best jeelers ever!!! They have the best prices and if your selling gold they pay top dollar!! The staff id friendly and i love them all!
