Love this place! The pizza is excellent and so is the Greek salad. Staff is very friendly too.
Been going there for years and the atmosphere has always been enjoyable and the food is the best!
We went for our anniversary - we got the baby sitter, the night, and the car. Everything was perfect, EXCEPT DeLuca's. After hearing so many great reviews about this place, we decided to go. We went later in the evening, the place was pretty bare. The waitress seated us, took our order, and forgot about us!! After some time, an hour and 15 minutes to be about right, we finally figured things out. She had been chatting it up with the staff, all the while, we had been sitting lonesome in a dining room spending our free time waiting on someone else. After finally receiving the order, the pizza was ALL, no joke, ALL toppings! Toppings, with a crust! That thing didn't have a bottem! Didn't they notice that?!? The waitress gave us a free salad for our "time," which wasn't worth it, and we left. This was the only time this 20% tipper has not tipped!!
We attended a family birthday celebration here on 12/8/07. The service & atmosphere were wonderful, but the meal was exceptional. Our feast consisted of salad, with an amazing dressing, melt in your mouth garlic rolls,mostoccoli, baked chicken, fresh green beans with slivered almonds, and for dessert-carrot cake & spumoni! Wonderful!!
Our only regret is that we live 75 miles away & are unable to feast here regularly!!
DeLuca's is an institution-a really popular place for Italian food, and especially pizza. They are well known for their quality food and great service. This place can be packed on Friday and Saturday, so get reservations or come early. You'll love the pizza-it's what we get when we go.
