For the lady renting with dog. Move, run, get out of there they are nuts. Your landlord broke the rules on renting and should have had you approved, dog and all before you moved in. No dog is allowed to use bathroom in common areas. This is standard condo rules. You can get out of your lease due to mis representation and failure to disclose. We did! Landlord screwed you good. Tell the old HOA bat, a real bully, and police record to prove it to get lost. Leave!!!

The HOA that governs this property is the worst I have ever seen. If you have a child or a pet you are automatically on their watchlist. I don't have children but I do have a small dog. Two days after moving in I was rudely visited by an older woman whom said she was with the HOA. Keep in mind I was a renter, not the owner of the condo in which I live. This woman demanded I give her my information and said that my landlord was supposed to have done this already. Then proceeded to make a comment about how I already broke the rules by taking my dog outside to the grassy area that sits in front of our condo. Confused I explained that my landlord approved her to be on an invisible wireless collor system. We even made it a point to introduce our dog to the neighbors and gave our dog a small space in this grass to chill a couple times a day. In the first month alone my landlord received 3 fines and we got a warning about parking in an area others frequently park. There is not a no parking sign either. I knew at this point this lady with the HOA was out for pleasure with this nonsense. My husband and I aren't loud, my dog doesn't bark, we are clean quite people whom are really never home. Anyways this place is a joke! Not to mention you will pay an additional 240 a month for old people whom hate animals to govern your every move.
