Ordered the most easiest thing to make on their menu, a grilled cheese, and it was the worst I have ever had. For one my cheese was not even melted, it was hardly toasted, and it was a very small sandwich. To charge $4.50 for this garbage was ridiculous. Two, the service was terrible, the waitress waited until we were ready to leave to finally fill our drinks! I will NEVER return to this establishment!
The food is great, I miss the old blue roof.... but glad you all are back. Great breakfasts, awesome salads!!
Terrible management! Went in for lunch yesterday around 1pm and your manager Dillan was very rude and disrespectful in front of customers. He was cursing saying he was alone in the restaurant and yelling at your front counter cashier like she was a dog. I waited almost 15 mins for my order. The cashier gave me my cup and another coworker told the manager that she was giving out cups and the cashier was told to shut up & punch out by the manager. I was shocked!! I am a regular at this restaurant, the drive-thru was taken so long so I decided to come inside and that was even more horrendous! This so-called manager was very young and totally disrespectful to the cashier. I will never come back and spend a penny at this Mcdonalds!!!
Horrible cook, steak wasn't cooked properly. Mashed potatoes were pasty. Chicken tortilla soup came out like clay the first time then 2nd time full of black pepper. Spoke with the Mgr and was told that all the sides and soups come already prepared and bagged to them.
Just had my Tuna sub from Subway. Loved it, Alhumdulillah:) great service. Very clean and tidy. Hope they soon start Halal chicken so that I could enjoy it even more, inshallah!!!
Never going back!Chicken was slimy.No bread rolls served with a dinner. Flavorless, weak tea.Rude service.

I placed a pickup order and had to numerously repeat my orderto the emoloyee. When i arrive i am told my food will be all set in a few minuted so i decide to take care of the bill ($28.05) and add a tip ($6.95). As the waitress is bringing me my togo order she voluntairily admits that the cooks put the wrong gravy on my mashed potaties and says if you would like i could go get u a side of the ORIGINAL gravy i ordered so I respond yes please! She cones back and says there will be an extra charge for the side of gravy.... UMM SINCE WHEN AM I RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING EXTRA FOR YOU TO FIX MY ORDER?? Furthermire she should have taken the whole side of mashed potates and brought me it back freshly made CORRECTLY..how it was ordered and paid for!! So i just say whatever and go home and call the manager on duty...to sum it up he said it was a misscommunication...what is complicated about an order being wrong...and then tell me i have to pay even more to fix my order that i had ALREADY PAID FOR?!?! I have worked 7 years in food industry before being hired in as a change control analyst for an international company. This is just downright laziness in all aspects of personnel IMCLUDING managment.
