Used their service department three times. One time for pretty big work (transmission replacement due to Honda recall - it took a whole day of work) and couple times for some fixes (2-3 hours work for each).

Friendly and Professional

I have had very good luck. They have taken care of all the warranty work, as well as regular service. They have the car completed at the promised time, the price is always right around what they quoted, and they've been friendly & professional.

it was Beyond Wonderful

About 5 years ago, Honda of Thousand Oaks was recommended to me by a friend. It is almost a hour's drive from my home, but I wanted to help my daugher buy a new CR-V, and I figured it was worth the drive if they were really as great as he said they were.

Well - it was beyond wonderful! She got a great deal and we were treated with kindness and respect by everyone we met. So guess where I went when it was my turn to buy a new car? You guessed it. And I wasn't disappointed. Not only did we get a great price, but everyone there was so professional and respectful that my husband and I have talked about it ever since.

It feels like home. period

I don't know why all these other people are complaining? I have had nothing but excellent service and experiences with Scott Stanley, kam, Len in service... I could go on! I thought I was upside down in my Mercedes and they actually stepped up big time and took my mercedes off my hands (maintenance nightmare!) and I love my new civic! Im getting about 30 mpg city and almost 40 mpg highway!!! Have already had one service and they even washed it before giving it back to me. The waiting room is cool because there are multiple computer workstations, flat screen tv and direct tv. It feels like home. period.

Have you ever bought a new car and had a good experience? Most likely, no. I've gone through the car buying process about a dozen times... and out of all the times I've bought a car, this dealership has treated me the best. A HONDA dealership. From German car dealerships, to the Swedes, to other Japanese cars... Honda of TO was just flat out awesome. Here's how it went down... I went to the dealership... told them what I wanted... they checked their inventory... and found it. I brought in the dealer cost info from Edmunds and they matched it. I told them I'd would come back the next day with all the loan documents from my bank... and that I was coming by at my lunch break to pick up the car. I went by... all the documents were in order... none of the paperwork had the incorrect numbers (which is an awesome trick that most dealerships play on you as you are signing the docs).I left in my new car... all under 45 minutes on the day of pick up... and about 45 minutes of my time the day before. Easy... as any purchase should be.

Here's how it went down... I went to the dealership... told them what I wanted... they checked their inventory... and found it.


I told them I'd would come back the next day with all the loan documents from my bank... and that I was coming by at my lunch break to pick up the car.

I went by... all the documents were in order... none of the paperwork had the incorrect numbers (which is an awesome trick that most dealerships plau on you as you are signing the docs).

I left in my new car... all under 45 minutes on the day of pick up... and about 45 minutes of my time the day before.

Easy... as any purchase should be.
