I am only giving this place a 1 star review because that is the lowest I could go. I am embarrassed the way I was treated. I had a cold sore which has been treated for 5 days now. When I explained to the girl who was doing my facial she freaked out about it. I explained to her that It was not contagious because I've been on medication for them. Still freaking out and not listening to me she ran out of the room saying she needed to get her manager. The manager was unavailable, so she returned and said I guess I'll do your facial very snotty. So she had me get ready for my facial the whole time I could hear her outside in the hall complaining about it. Then the owner came in and told me I needed to reschedule. She also told me that when she has cold sores she cancels with her clients! Really? This is the type of business you are running. Don't worry I didn't reschedule with them. I can spend my money at other places. Thanks for making me feel like crap though!
The atmosphere is beautiful and the mani and pedi were a wonderful beginning to my weekend to myself.
I made an appointment here years ago and the owner canceled it. When I finally got to get in for my appointment the owner said everyone else called off because they were sick so during my facial she was also answering the phone. I knew I would never go back. Then for Christmas my mom got all the girls Spa Days here. I finally called to schedule mine so I didn't waste it and they couldn't book the whole spa day together unless I made it for months out. So I had to separate it and do two different days. Went for the mani/pedi and it was okay but when I went to check out she told me she did the cheaper pedicure and made a mistake. Then today I receive a cancellation for my appointment tomorrow for the second portion of my spa day. They called to cancel at 6pm and my appointment is tomorrow at 3pm. Thanks for the heads up! Glad I made sure this timeframe was open for my appointment. I said I would reschedule and she told me I would be put on a "waiting list" until the owner could be back.
Humanity, workers' rights, please! No lunch room here! The employees sit in front of the toilet room to eat!

I wrote the exact same thing on yelp ladies because I am furious and I want you to know what this company has to offer.BE AWARE!!..... This place is not $40 "total" like the girl below me said and the front desk lady was so rude! (The Chubby blonde girl) I came in and I was told because i was doing acrylics i would have to wait because all the acrylics techs were occupied. (Understandable) she told me about 15-20 mins. I said "ok I will wait" . 30 mins. Later I saw many many people come in and out including 3 customers who were doing acrylics. I walked up and asked her very politely "How long do i got because I have to pick up my son" This fake blonde headed bimbo told me to come back tomorrow because we are to busy(with an attitude). I was Shocked!I asked why would you let me sit around for 30+ mins?!? All she did was roll her eyes, look down and stayed quiet. So, I turned around left. Kelly W. (Anthony Vince business manager), If your reading this please reevaluate your employees. Your Nail salon has gone down hill! Not because of your quality of work but because of your hospitality in the front. All you been doing is giving excuses to all these complaints that other women including myself has given you. In the end we know your not going to do anything but I just want to let the ladies know that just because this place is fancy doesn't make it a great place.
They lost my wife's reservation for a spa day for 4 people and told them the only thing they could was get their money back from Groupon. The owner was rude and did not try accommodate then whatsoever.
I was completely disappointed with the customer service at this salon. I made an appointment over a month in advance. I made an appointment for a facial and three pedicures. My sister and I were taking my mother and aunt to celebrate Mothers Day. I called the week before to confirm the appointment realizing it would be a busy day. When we arrived, we checked in and I was told I did not schedule a facial. After being rude and disrespectful, they checked the book again and said that I did, but no one was there to provide that service. I understand mistakes are made, but not a single worker at the salon apologized, offered another service, or a discount for their mistake. I was told “company policy, no discount.” I was disgusted at how I was treated, especially since I was a returning customer. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I would not have given them any stars!
This is the place to be when getting your nails done! Very clean, very fancy, first-class service and I leave happy each and every time. AVS gets 5 stars!!!!
