Nice clean building and ample ...

Nice clean building and ample parking, unfortunately that ends the positive aspects of this veterinarian's office. I don't like writing reviews and often just read them, however the ongoing negative experiences with my companion (adult chocolate lab) warranted warning future prospective clients. Time and time again the doctors and staff have had issues giving shots and taking blood from my companion. He seems extremely frightened whenever coming out from the back of the office. Despite repeated requests to accompany him to help keep him calm, I had been denied staying with my companion during these procedures. My companion was a rescue dog and lived with an abusive family in his prior home. These issues mixed with times of incorrect documentation (having to reprint rabies vaccinations sheets and correct billing) lead me to seek another veterinarian office. These may be uncommon events and I happen to be unlucky with my expereinces, yet I think it is important to err on the side of caution. Don't take risks, be sure to research your possibilities to make sure your companion gets the best care possible.

They are very expensive, they care more about overcharging than they do about your pet. I brought my dog there when he got a porcupine , they charged me 700 dollars and didn't get all theyquills out. So I had to bring him to another vet and that cost me 300 dollars more. I recently called to get a estimate on spaying my kitten, they wouldn't give me a price, saying that every spay costs a different price.... Sounds kinda fishy considering every other vet I called gave me a set price. Years ago, when Dr Faircloth was running the place , I was a valued customer , I was treated respectfully and not overcharged. Now they only care about they're paychecks. Please be cautious with this company. I wouldn't recommend bringing any live animal there, especially a loved family member.
