I feel Cheated, Buyer Beware!! I purchased a used 2007 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer with cash, Within 12 hours of purchase the transmission went out and I had no vehicle! I called and sent an emails. When the employees could do nothing because of the owner and saying the paper work for the warranty wasn't in effect yet SO it wouldn't cover it, SO it was pre-existing! I emailed the owner, he responded by saying he doesn't make any money off vehicles he sells and will do nothing. He wouldn't even discuss a mutual solution, so now to invest another $1,800.00. I informed him I would review him and let everyone know to beware! I did find another car buyer that reviewed them and they had a transmission break in two days! If I could have given him "no stars" while reviewing him,I would have!

Terrible customer service, rude and condescending tone...more so from the owner than anyone else. My husband and I actually caught them laughing at us. We were told a car was still available before driving more than an hour to see it only to arrive and find out car had sold the previous week. The owner is who took our phone call and confirmed the car was on site. Mistakes happen and we understand that...but to be laughed at, and to receive no apology, or an offer to see anything else available simply proves their customer service is very much lacking.
My recent service experience with Tom Roush Mazda was excellent. Thorough and efficient, the service team is the one I trust with my car.
