Let's just start with the fact the Westerville police had to be called in 2 times because you were hreatening to "destroy me" and placing numerous harassing phone calls to the restaurant. I have been in the restaurant business over 20 years and never in my life have I witnessed a person go berserk as you did. It was so bad one of your co-workers had to get you off the phone and completely distance herself from you when she talked to me. You later said in a later hostile call to us that she was your supervisor. Being a former corrections counselor I know when I see an anger problem and the fact that you were making threatening calls from your employer Comenity's phone, we will hold them responsible as well should you come near our make any further phone calls to our restaurant again. Regardless of the fact that you called me again saying your human resources department does not care that you were making these threatening calls from their phone, I have sent Comentiy's President Jay Coane an email message that we will hold Comenity responsible should you continue your harassment and threats. All this was over the fact that our boneless wings are frozen. We have never hid that fact. Our bone in wings are fresh and our boneless wings are not but are still very good. As you know because we explained this to you yet you decided to lie in your review is all of my sauces are homemade however when we run out of teriyaki we will sometimes use gfs brand since our teriyaki takes 4 hours to make. We have not hidden this fact as well. Many of our customers know this and will even ask us if which teriyaki we have available. Some like mine better and some like the gfs teriyaki better that is why this is the only sauce we substitute when we are out of our own. So here was a list of your complaints today; our boneless wings are frozen not fresh, we sprinkled garlic on the GARLIC buffalo sauce she order (still trying to figure this one out), we did not melt the cheese on the cheese fries-which I explained to you we do not do on to go orders because the cheese can get rubbery by the time you get it home, there were a few others that I forgot but you can read it in the police report. We treat everyone with respect and hope that it is reciprocated but once in a while we do run in to individuals that where never taught by their parents how to act in a restaurant (not to the extreme of today I can assure you) but that is the nature of the restaurant field. That being said, let me state this again we will not tolerate threatening and harassing phone calls, visits, or messages nor will I let my staff be belittled from you again. I tried the teriyaki immediately after your blow up and it was quite good and I am not a big teriyaki fan.
I ordered food for a group of co-workers. The food was terrible. The sauce was burnt and the wings were frozen (like what you would find and your local grocery store). I was explaining the issues that we had with the food and how it could affect his business, since admittedly non of the food is fresh, the owner then told me to "go open my own restaurant and see if I could do better." He refused a refund and said I was threatening him in attempts to cover up the poor quality of food.
