Call someone else! Called 3 hours in advance to set up time. The time came and they didn't show. Called them to find out when they could pick us up and they said they wouldn't be. Worst service ever! No Wright - all Wrong....
Wrights Taxi Is under new management !!! And they are better than ever , new drivers and they are doing great businesses!!
I have never had worse customer service in my life. First off the taxi was an hour late almost forcing me to miss my event which would have cost me $100. I only had a 2 mile trip! I called multiple times to talk to the dispatcher who told me their last customer was an "idiot" and he's be there when he could. I was very polite the whole time and asked if she could send another driver or get in touch with that driver (she could not get in touch with him). I explained that I had a bus leaving soon and wanted to make sure I arrived on time. The taxi eventually came and the driver Eli was very nice and apologetic. This is where it went downhill. I told him I did not want to pay full price and it was nothing against him I just might have already missed the bus to the event I was going on. He called the same dispatcher I previously talked to to whom I politely explained that I didn't think it was fair that I had to pay full price and I think they should compensate me in some way. She said "I don't know what the hell you want me to do but I'll talk to your driver" I said ok thank you. The driver put the phone on speaker expecting, like I did, her to compensate me. This is what she said, "pull the fu****g car over and call the police on this piece of s**t"(repetitively screaming) I took the phone back and said excuse me. She said "I don't F*****g have time for you, I don't know what you want me to do you can deal with the police" I told her I'm paying I just think that it's unfair and horrible customer service. She said "I don't F*****g care" and hung up. Moral of the story, some people should be kept away from the public. Being a driver myself, I understand a lack of communication between dispatch and drivers sometime. I do not blame my driver for any of this as he was very polite and helpful. I do however blame the company and this dispatcher 100%. I would rather go somewhere else even if that meant paying more than have to deal with this woman again.
My only complaint was punctuality. I needed a cab to get to and from a doctor's appointment. The first cab was 5 minutes late, and the second one was supposed to pick me up at 5 after a half hour expected wait time but got stuck and traffic and didn't arrive til 5:30. However, both drivers were exceedingly kind and very chatty, which was nice. The first was a man who opened the door for me, and the second was a women. However, her cab had mystery stains on the backseat and stunk of Febreze. Overall, I'd probably recommend this taxi service, just not if you have to be somewhere on time.
