        Kiefer's Martial Arts' mission is to improve the quality of lives of it students, physically and mentally. For children we offer a rock solid character education program designed to buiuld confidence, improve focus and develop self-discipline. All of this within a great martial arts physical workout that will have the kids smiling, sweating and having fun every class! For adults, our programs help get you in great shape and learn self-defense so you look and feel great. The workouts and classes are constyantly changing so it's fun and interesting!

        Amazing ... New, large studio....

        Amazing ... New, large studio. My son is a new karate student and loves it. Great lessons are topped off with a "meaningful message of the week".
