Coastal Eye Associates

My experiences with this office have been similar to the review posted below. I have visited there twice with the same results. While the optometrist whom I saw seemed competent (albeit unfriendly), the staff is unbelievably unresponsive and rude. I waited to pay my bill both times while the office staff chatted among themselves, fully aware that I was waiting just on the other side of the desk. This is after I waited both times for almost a half hour to be seen by the optometrist, despite the fact that I was on time for my appointments. I have had to go there between appointments to pick up contact lenses and have experienced the same unprofessional, uncaring behavior. I guess the last straw was today when I called to see if my latest order for contacts had come in (they were supposed to be available yesterday). I waited on the phone for 10 minutes while the woman supposedly checked and I finally gave up and called back. The same woman said, "oh, they haven't come in yet," with no apology for never returning to the phone, no explanation as to why they might be late, no concern whatsoever. I guess they don't need customers..

These people are just rude. Dreadful.
