The customer service here is very friendly and helpful. Aside from an oil change, I had a possible leaking tire and they were able to set me up with Just Tires next door to diagnose the problem. After they saw there was no leak, I was advised to check back if the problem continued. No extra charge. I appreciate not being nickled and dimed for little things here and there. My oil change also costed less than other competing businesses. For all the reasons above, I will definitely be back for future maintenance!

I've been here several times with my fifteen year old car, having major repairs completed. It's always depressing shelling out hundreds of dollars for car repairs, but that pain is diminished when I take my car to Meineke. The manager is always helpful and my car is always fixed right. I trust this business and always bring my vehicle here to get serviced.

I got there and as soon as I pulled into their lot they came up and helped. One guy took my keys, another guy checked me in at the front desk. They didn't have to replace the tire ! I hardly had time to catch my breath before they checked me out and my car was finished. They also gave me free advice on when and why to replace my struts.

I’ve been taking my cars there for years now and I can honestly say I haven’t found any automobile repair place as accommodating, with the high degree of expertise, and professional approach that these guys have. They make sure the job is done right the first time every time with the attention given to my cars that they would give to their own. Then you add the more than fair price it’s truly refreshing and worth driving a few extra miles for the peace of mind.

I have been bringing two cars to Meineke for two years, oil change, brakes, general maintenance, the service has been great and done on time, actually, it has always been done faster that expected. I would trust Meineke instead of some independent shop, they're a big corporation and should provide service better than other places.
