Jamie Nussbaum in the service department did a wonderful job getting my car recall done within the time frame given. Pick up was quick and easy and he made sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend Jamie for your service needs. I own three Toyota’s and their wonderful service has been a crucial part of why I keep purchasing from Westbury Toyota.
I went in for an oil change, tire rotation and NYS inspection and was told I needed new rotors and with that new brakes, two new front tires, new air filter and my shocks needed repair. For a car with 20k miles, I was surprised to hear it needed all this work. I had a 10am appointment so I declined to do to the work now and asked for a quote to do it another time.
Fast forward to 10am and no sign of my car being done. I walk into her office and magically the car is done. Upon getting in my car and driving away, I realize the NYS inspection was NEVER DONE. There was no chance I was spending So it took 3 HOURS for an oil change and tire rotation and they forgot to do a NYS inspection. Simply unacceptable.
I will never be returning to this dealer and probably Toyota dealerships in general for service. If you do choose to go here, I would avoid having Stephanie Cion as your adviser.
Went there today with a window that wouldnt go up or down...Was told that the motor was shot and it would cost 650 6ollars plus tax to fix..Charged me $125 for looking at it. I decided to take it elsewhere. Upon leaving I found my window was working perfectly again..I will never back to Westbury Toyota again. I had bought two Camrys from them in the past. I could have easily paid the 650 dollars for nothing!!!! Thieves or incompetents!!!!
