Excellent transport company! Great service and prompt as well. All of the 3 required car seats were there and they fit all 10 of us perfectly. Communication via email was extremely efficient. Made our trip a truly memorable one. A few days later we used PWM Cab again for the same group of people while in the city. They were even more exceptional this time. We needed 5 different cars in all different sizes, and 1-4 car seats each time. They responded promptly, and adjusted pickup times when I asked. All 5 cars were on time, the drivers were courteous and the cars were immaculate. Thank you PWM Cab and we will be using you again soon!

I called at 8pm to ask for a taxi to meet me at PWM around 10:30. The dispatcher took my flight info and said they would be there. The flight was delayed 90 minutes and actually arrived after midnight. Before I even stepped off the place I received a call from the dispatcher saying they would be waiting for my call when I got my bags. (That was great in itself.) When I stepped out of the terminal I received another call that my driver was looking for me. But the only one I saw already had someone in the cab. Turns out, they received calls from TWO women with the same first name on the same flight. She was in my cab (or I was flagging her cab). Luckily, we all agreed that a shared ride was the solution and had a nice chat after a long day. Thank you cool taxi Taxi for taking the stress out of a late arrival time

I have been a customer of Westbrookl Cab for many years. I always call John for my trips to or from Portland or Boston airports. He is dependable and his service is warm and friendly. On one trip,
arriving days before my husband, I needed to reconnect the battery in my car. John did not leave

I had my baby with me and he immediately got out and offered to help with my bags.
