Avoid owners at all costs

I was in West Yellowstone for work and had to do laundry. Normally I go to the Economart but I went the Swan Cleaners because it was closest to where I was staying. I put my clothes in the washing machine and cameback 20 minutes later only to find it saying ""reselect cycle"". I pressed the button and it started to work but then again it said the same thing. I pressed it again and over and over it kept saying the same thing. A nice old lady came over and was trying to help me but couldnt. I was going to take the clothes out and put them in another washer but the door on the washer was locked. I called the owner and he told me to ""press the reselect button again"" I told him I had already done that and he said he'd be down in a minute. He walked in and without a word, opened the top of the washer up with a key, pressed a button, and it started working just fine. The old lady who tried to help me said ""for some reason it wasnt working""... as the owner was walking off he said ""you need to know what your talking about before you speak"" ... I was shocked and angry as hell and said ""Hey, you shouldnt talk to your customers like that"" He walked right up to my face and immediatly started to go off on how ""sick of people he is"" and ""he doesnt care about what his customers or what they think of him""... His wife came in a few minutes later and was calm at first but then out of the blue started calling ME names! I could hardly believe the whole situation! Soon after they left and I was stuck there waiting for my clothes... I turned to the old lady and apologized to her for having to see an explosion like that and as I was apolgizing, the owner undid the cable outside so that the tv inside was just blaring static... The whole situation was pretty extreme and bazaar. All I know is that next time Im in West Yellowstone, I'll do my laundry at the Econo-Mart... The washers are only 1.00 (1.75 at Swan) and the people are a lot LOT nicer
