This store and the staff are AWESOME. This pet store is the only store my wife and I go to. I wish we started going here years ago. They carry a great selection of supplies for all types of animals. The staff is so attentive, helpful and willing to give suggestions and share what they know. From the time you walk in you are greeted almost immediately and asked if you need any help. As you are looking around and encounter different store employees they always check to make sure you’re doing ok and if you have any questions. The store is VERY clean, the animals all look great and well cared for. We got our water monitor from them and most recently our Panama Amazon bird. BOTH pets (correction family members) are doing great, no health issues at all. If you don’t live close to the store it’s totally worth the drive, you won’t be disappointed.

We bought our pet parakeet from Pets & Such and had a wonderful experience. They had a great selection, a knowledgeable staff, and decent prices. We were very impressed with this pet store and will definitely be shopping here for future pet needs.

I'm fighting to find out if they will give me the money I spent trying to save an animal I bought from them on Saturday, October, 15th. Who had to get emergency surgery the next morning due to mistreatment or poor genetics. Please don't buy from them. I'm out 600 dollars for the animal, some supplies,and surgey. All I have to show for it is a shoe box with a tegu in it.

If I could give it a negative or a even a zero I would. Yesterday at the watsatch reptile expo we bought our tegu that we have wanted for months. He was adorable and perfect and was explorative, social, and happy. But this morning at (8am)when we woke up and gave him some eggs we noticed he had started to prolapse (basically pooping out intestines) we freaked out and called all the valley searching for an open vet clinic with a reptile doctor. We found 1(at 10am) and they only had one doctor who didn't get in till 2pm. We took him there early cause as new parents to this baby we were worried sick. He had to have surgery to get the intestines back in. While he was in surgery we went back to the expo to to pets and such because we had done nothing but put him in his new home was researched thoroughly to be perfect for him. They told us they can't anything except if he dies and we prove it was impaction that killed him they can give us a new one. This is not something that we could have done in 16 hrs (most of it he was sleeping!). Now I'm not only out $440 to them for him and supplies but a $200 vet bill and a broken heart praying my new baby makes it the next 24 hours. They need to take responsibility for selling us a pet that was not in full health. We love him dearly already and this whole situation has us heartbroken.

They have always had everything I need, and more important, all the information on how to care for what I have! They are honest and very knowledgeable about animals and there is always someone there to help me with whatever my needs have been. My family goes there (from Ogden) because we love that store so much. We have purchased fish, geckos, chameleons, water dragons, tarantulas, scorpions and birds from them in the past and have nothing but good things to say about them! We also have dogs and used to have a cat and they have helped with advice on them, too.

Awesome! The only reason for 4 stars is because the prices are pretty steep.

Bought a product from them, went out of town and they wont refund my product that didn't work well. My expensive healthy chameleon (that I also bought from them) died within two weeks of using their product. I looked online and most places say dont use distilled water it shortens their life span. They refuse to refund or work with me when I bought this from them 37 days ago. I was out of town so missed the "30 day warrantee". I used to love these guys and always support them, but I will now be doing my business anywhere else. This is ridiculous and very unprofessional.

Every person on this complaining about the mouse being stomped, Is DEFINITELY the same person! Over and over. It is the exact same complaint from every one of the id's on every site. It was probably because they were unhappy with their service and just want to give the store a bad name. They are just upset because they saw someone else do it. But in fact if it was in your house you would have killed it with a trap or poison kills much slower. That mouse may have had already gotten into poison. So if they did not kill it, it may infect other animals in the store.

There's always going to be good and bad reviews but in this case it was EXCELLENT. I went on saturday morning to pick up some hampster food but they were closed and won't open until 10 am. Well I work at 10 am. I was so sad. But the owner or worker male came out asked what I need and sorry we don't open until 10 am. I said just the food for my pet, and he said okay just come in. I was so happy he saved my pet because I wouldn't be able to get food for another week with the schedule of the pet shop and my work are the same there was going to be no way. THANKS SO MUCH TO THEM FOR SAVING A PET IN NEED OF FOOD!!!
