Beautiful job! I also had a concern about removing satellite dishes, which was promptly addressed. I'm very satisfied.

Waited 3 weeks for the salesman to come and give me an estimate to repair a 10 ft piece of gutter over my front porch. Quoted $250 to remove and replace a 25 ft pc. Ridiculous, I guess my porch grew, but after all the rains I couldn't even get a call back from other companies. Work was scheduled for a week later. They never called to confirm, so I called them and the woman answering the phone said they'd be here between 2 and 5. They never showed up. I realize this was not replacing gutters for the entire house, but there is this thing called "professionalism" - no matter how big or small the job.

Everyone we had contact with was very professional and helpful. The work was done in a timely manner with every respect to us as customers. Thank you all for everything! It was great working with you all! We would recommend to anyone who inquires! We love our house, it looks GREAT!

I had a huge build up of ice over my front porch and when their guy came out last week to view the situation he said that he could come back this week with a blow torch to remove the ice to get to the gutters to see what was going on (we suspected it had something to do with the leaf shield that I had installed this past summer). Well the weather warmed up a lot and by the time he got here yesterday (since I had been running my head cables a lot) most of the ice was gone. All he had to do was spend 10 minutes total, which amounted to getting his ladder off his truck and taking off the leaf shield. I was originally told that the torch job would be $60.00/hr. which I thought was high but agreed to because of the massive ice build up. Well when things changed and it became a 10 minute no brainer job, he said that their customary fee was $90.00 to come out but what a guy, he reduced it to $75.00. I told him that I thought it was highway robbery but of course, I had to pay it. I will never use this company again. Considering what he had to do, I think he should have just said have a good day, especially since I had already told him last week that I would be having them back out in the spring to install more heating cables! No way to run a business! What has happened to simply doing something nice for someone, especially when you want a return customer!
