Artisan Marble & Granite

I showed up to Artisan to have them make some splashes. Connie the manager said she'd talk to Carlos the owner & get back to us. We agreed to have them do part of the job according to the price they quoted. I would not recommend working with these people at all! 0 star rating in my book. HORRIBLE business practices. They make an agreement and then back out completely..buyer beware here.

CONNIE: Price for the Golden Crystal back splashes: $1121. Price for the Crema Bordeaux $33. Our schedule is full through Tuesday. Connie



ME: Whoa I'll have to just buy a slab,$1121 for a few pieces of splash is way unrealistic. I can buy an entire slab for less. I'm good for the creama Bordeaux is fine

ME: Hi Connie, when can we come to pick up that piece of CREMA BORDEAUX ?



CONNIE: We are so far behind, we cannot take any new orders at this time.



ME: Seriously? Can I just come pickup the broken piece for the $33 and I’ll finish it myself ?



CONNIE: No

I have a beautiful counter top thanks to Artisan. They came in and did a wonderful, professional job. He didn't just come in and try and sell me something. He took the time to find out what I liked. He suggested things that would work in my home and with my tastes.



They showed up on time and acted very professional in the installation. After the job was finished he came back a week later to be sure all was in good order.



The job is beautiful, it was on time and very professionally done.
