I stopped by to purchase some tobacco tubes I asked to see them because quality is definitely not the same so I open the box to check the filters because they are deceiving as I pressed 1 down to check the filter quality he treated me like I was destroying his property and and felt embarrassed he was bitchen at me me in front of others. I purchased another brand and vowed never to return. 1 tube is a penny each. As a Customer service, quality assurance professional I realized the owner was unaware of the consequences to his business. Word of mouth is strong. So I called and spoke with Jim the owner he was a great listener investigator and apologized for that behavior.That is not who he is , nor what he wants his employees to be. I wasn't going to take the time to write this but because he was sincere I am giving him the opportunity to train them better. Thank you for caring. Will try it again. Then I will rate you.
I reported a problem, via phone, with merchandise I purchased in the store less than 24 hours beforehand. The response I received was unfortunate at best. The agent said She didn't have anything to do with it and she'd tell someone else who did. It will make me consider doing business with this location if the employees can respond to concerns better.
