I have to say, the Rep I spoke too had to be one of the most rude people I've ever met. I had a simple request, I needed a copy of an invoice (or a packing slip to them I believe). The woman gave me hell instead of offering to help, she argued with me! VERY rude and it were up to me, I'd drop this company. Is it so hard to be pleasant on the phone and help your customer with a simple and fast request?
