        A great experience!

        I went to the Firestone atuo care facility in West Springfield Ma. I was greated by the service manager Tim. He ask how he could help me ? I told him I was in need of 4 new tires but had a limited buget. He was very patient and took the time to find me a good quality set of Firestone tires that would fit my buget. It was about 6:20 pm I asked him if there was enough time that I could get them put on tonight ? He said no problem. My truck was promptly brought in and the work was started right away. While I was waiting I noticed how organized & well kept the facility was. My truck was done quicker then other places that I have been in the past. The service technician Mark did a great job . He took the extra time to clean the blue protective coating of the white letters and shined them up. They even stayed a little later then closing to finish the job and get me back on the road. I commend you on your staff and your facility . I will be recomending your store to my company, business associates, and friends as the # 1 place to go for thier tire and service needs. Thanks again Tim & Mark for a job well done!

        This is a great place to have your oil changed or get a front end alignment. Great staff. The prices are average.
