I paid for enclosed transportation from Alabama to my address in Massachusetts. They picked up the car a few days late. The truck broke down in New Jersey and caused a several day delay. Then they claimed to not be able to reach me by phone and dropped my antique, unregistered car at a tow yard about 20 miles from my house. I had to pay the tow yard to release the car and pay the tow yard $200 to have it hauled to my address on a flat bed in the salty, snowy weather. These guys are the worst I have ever seen at customer service. They don't care about you or your car. Find another transportation company! A deal with Kwik Transport will not end well!
Had a car moved and they damaged the front end and refused to pay for repairs. They wont take my calls and the owner Vito seems to have been in this problem before according to the reviews im seeing on the internet.
We got excellent, faster-than-predicted service recently from Virginia to Texas for a good price. We will use them again.
Hi, I recently needed to ship my car to Florida from CT. I heard about this company from a friend and the service was nice, my friend loved it. Kwik Trans ended up take two of my cars and I look forward to the nice trip on my way back to CT.
I needed to ship my damaged BMW from an auto auction and Kwik Trans Inc was referred by my buddy who just ship his 1972 Chevy Chevelle. Although I didn't need enclosed transport unlike my buddy, Vitto set me up with an open trailer that was just leaving on his trip and I got to save a little cash. Basically quick hassle-absent service with my car purchase.
