Your Pharmacy has went from a Fine Quality to extremely poor quality. For the past 2 years it has been in a downward spiral. It is a nightmare to get my continued prescriptions refilled monthly. I have went to taking my medication every other day, just to limit my exposure to your Pharmacy. Each and every time I attempt to refill my medication I am told that I have no refills, even though I obtained a copy of the refills from my doctors office to your pharmacy for 12 month prescription for all that I have refilled there. I personally requested refills for 5 prescriptions yesterday at 10:00am, went back at 6pm and they were not ready, nothing new, I went back in this morning at 11:00 am and only 2 were ready, 2 additional ones were filled while there. 1 was not ready, they told me it had no refills even though the Doctors office re-transmitted the refill for this medication. Staff member Cindy read me a note from the Pharmacist to my doctor demanding to know why my vitamin D prescription was so high since I have only gotten 2 refilled this year, well If your pharmacy actually refilled my prescriptions in a timely and less abrasively way I would be taking all of my medications. Each and every time for the past 2 years I have to deal with the pharmacy I come away very agitated, upset and feel like I am pond scum, because this is how your staff makes me feel.
