About Search Results

YP - The Real Yellow PagesSM - helps you find the right local businesses to meet your specific needs. Search results are sorted by a combination of factors to give you a set of choices in response to your search criteria. These factors are similar to those you might use to determine which business to select from a local Yellow Pages directory, including proximity to where you are searching, expertise in the specific services or products you need, and comprehensive business information to help evaluate a business's suitability for you. “Preferred” listings, or those with featured website buttons, indicate YP advertisers who directly provide information about their businesses to help consumers make more informed buying decisions. YP advertisers receive higher placement in the default ordering of search results and may appear in sponsored listings on the top, side, or bottom of the search results page.

I'd just like to mention, I had a really good experience with this office in the past three days.Any time I've ever ordered a package and had any sort of problem receiving the package, it's prettymuch been gone forever. So, when I checked the tracking on my most recent order and found that it was marked delivered over a week and a half ago, I immediately lost all hope. I contacted the seller on eBay and also checked with the office at my apartment complex, but there was no package to be found. When I called the post office expecting to have to yell at somebody to do their job (I've worked in customer service, I know that the person on the other end of the phone isn't personally responsible for my problems, but sometimes you just need to vent), the guy who answered was so nice and helpful that it caught me off guard. He took my number and told me he'd get into contact with the carrier and give me a call back when he had some info for me.Two days passed and I hadn't gotten a call, though it was the weekend so I wasn't expecting much. I called today (Monday), and as I started to read him my address, he said "Wait, yes! I actually just talked to the carrier about 45 minutes ago! He found the package and put it in your box!"Checked the mail when I got home, and sure enough it was there.I know this is just a stroke of luck for the most part, but I just needed to post a review because it's the first time that I've ever had a good experience with a mail carrier of any kind. I was expecting to call in and have them tell me there was nothing they could do.So, good job West Richland Post Office guy. You've made my week. Also, the package was an anniversary present, soooooo......
