they are prompt, I will say that.... to take your money, lie about what you are buying, and refuse to make it right. NOT a corporate store, but private, and not under the control of T-Mob. my "issues" have to be resolved at the store, and the guy who lied to me no longer works there. Offered FREE promo for something I said I didnt want, then full charge comes on my bill
best store ever!!! with new management.owner giving away free phones, and accessories.i would recommend any one having problem in this store, to contact the owner directly, because sometimes customers think the person works there is the owner.
First of all i love Boost mobil phone service. But i will not do business at the Boost Mobil store on Village Blvd in West Palm Beach.I purchased a battery for my Transform Ultra at the Boost Mobil in West Palm Beach. A First of all the owner said he didn't sell original Samsung batteries so i purchased a generic battery for $25. After a week of use i tried to take the battery back because it was worse than the old worn out battery it relplaced. The battery would not hold a charge for more than a few hours. The owner said that he never takes back batteries and would not take this one back. This guy has no customer service skills.
Don't ever go to this store. The employees don't listen to the customer and they automatically insist that you wait for a service on the phone which they say will take up to an hour. After explaining to the sales rep that I had been to another Sprint store that verified I neded a new battery and they sent me to this store that carries the battery, the sales rep then went into his speech about getting it serviced to make sure, rather than offering to call the other store to verify the findings.Then after one hour of waiting another sales rep checks on my phone and it hasn't even been looked at. They then tell me it will be another hour..... After explaining again that I had already been to another store, they still insisted I needed this service. They are out to screw the customer by charging for additional service that is not needed, because they know we have a contract with insurance. I left the store, and as soon as I got back to my office (10 minutes) I received a phone call saying... We just checked your phone and it was a bad battery. We have changed it out. It's ready, please come pick it up. If you have questions, call. I called three times and of course all their operators are busy.Unbelievable crappy customer service!
