DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! We hired this company in March of this year to replace our barrel tile roof. After we gave them a sizeable deposit we were told tile was being ordered. They then came out 4 months later and ripped off our existing roof, and tiles and literally left us with no roof. After I called to complain over 15 times via phone, text and email to Dave the owner, Carlos the contractor and Timon our sales rep. because we had an active water leak I was outright lied to or ignored. It was one excuse after the next. Now we have no barrel tile and roof is leaking again, and now bees have gotten into the gaps they left in the drip edge, causing even more damage. I continue to call and they either feed me another excuse, or tell me that they are coming to finish the job. We had to retain an attorney because they left us without a roof. Do not by any means hire this company. Check the BBB bureau website to see their other reviews as it appears they have victimized others.
Had the roof replaced by Built Right Roofing on a House I recently purchased. Work done was excellent. Getting the warranties for the workmanship and tile had been nothing short of IMPOSSIBLE!!! Every time I call I get the run around. Very unprofessional and upsetting! I have been trying to get warranties since April 25th to no avail! My husband and I used ranger roofing for a foreclosed home that had been badly neglected. There was much work to be done up there. This company was great on giving us a fair price for work and helping us with sample selections. We are in an HOA neighborhood, our job site was always neat and they were quiet considering. Work was done in a timely fashion and on schedule. This company gets extra bronnie points for handling me so well during my remodel breakdown I had over a unrelated to roof whole house gut job. Absolutely Terrible!!! I hired Ranger Roofing to replace my roof and it turned out to be an absolute nightmare of an experience that lasted 2 1/2 months!!! After multiple, multiple problems and a failed final inspection by the head supervisor of inspections the list is so long let me begin… First of all this company is extremely messy on the job site, they left piles of garbage and roofing materials in my front yard on multiple occasions over the weekend. They left piles of tiles and garbage precariously sitting on the edge of my roof over the weekend that created an extremely dangerous situation. They broke multiple outdoor lights, they crushed an outdoor chair from a pile of tiles falling on it. They killed my front lawn by putting their cement machine in my grass instead of in the driveway on a tarp. They left cement drippings all over my outside pavers. They left two holes in my roof that allowed rodents to get in my attic and I had to have an exterminator out at my expense!! They did not reconnect my dryer vent in the attic leaving it to blow hot dryer air into my attic instead of through the vent in the roof. After multiple visits back to my house and hours and hours of my personal time spent overseeing all these problems they were finally corrected after 2 1/2 months!! I had to have the head inspector out to go over the final inspection which was finally passed after 2 1/2 months! I have zero confidence in the quality of their workmanship that they did underneath my roof tiles as these very basic things that went wrong were totally avoidable if they had an experienced crew working on my roof as well as a general contractor overseeing the job site on a regular basis. Beware of this company, you're asking for nothing but costly problems!!
