        Power was out on my tv and brought it in for repair. I was given a fair price for what I was told needed to be fixed. Two days later, however, I was contacted by the shop and told that the tv turns on but the screen is cracked. I have had this set for many years. It was not cracked when I brought it in to the shop. Neither was this the intial repair that I was told needed to be done, even after it was inspected. I have been in the customer service business for over 25 years. Honesty and integrity have been two main staples that I have always abided by. This is not how I was treated in this case. #dishonest
