I will be using you guys over and over again. Thanks to one of your drivers i did get his name James hes amazingly polite young man helpful and fast.hes by far the best driver you guys have!!!! Now he provides service! Well mannered and all!!! Your other drivers are very grouchy and mean looking nasty sometimes. But he is amazing!! That man deserves a promotion or something for being a hard worker and polite he seems like he really enjoys his job! Thanks to him i will be telling people about you guys and about him!
Response time was normal (an hour). I did receive a call advising they were running a bit late which was nice.
Tony came to pick me up. I clearly explained to him that he had to drop me off at my home and he agreed. This was a total round trip of less than 5 miles. We arrive at the shop to drop off the vehicle and Tony says he has to get to his next call. I say I need to get home. He says call a friend or uber.
Have to call dispatch, Sue, who was polite and Tony dropped me close (about 3/4 mile) from home. A company is only as good as those who represent them. Definitely would not recommend Tony for customer runs.
Consummate professionals. I've used Sisters as a vendor for towing services in our community of 1200 homes as well as personally using their auto/body/collision services. Fair prices, professional service, family owned and operated.
Even though they are Seminole fans I would highly recommend their services.
I brought my truck to murphys for a minor front end collision and they returned my truck to me with no coolant in it. I guess no one told them to check the fluids? Anyways 14 months later and 12,000 dollars of cooling related problems and my truck still doesnt run properly. Thanks Murphys, its amazing a company like this can stay in business, see you guys in court.
They were very polite but I had rear ended someone at a red light and had slightly pushed in my front end, it took them 1 month.. Actually to be specific 28 days to give me my car back. The worst part is that I supposedly was express customer because of GEICO insurance. If that was express, you would be 90 before getting your car back without insurance being involved!! I'm sorry, they may be polite, but that does not make up for their LACK of CONCERN for my car to be back to me within a normal timeframe! Definitely won't go there again!
