Recently purchased my daughter a 2016 Honda from this dealership.

Purchased a motorcycle from Eric at Peterson Motorcars. One of my best buying experiences. 1st off the bike was flawless as described in the ad. But mostly how well I was treated & how pleasant he was to work with. Probably was in & out within a hour. Definitely highly recommend them & will be back when ready to purchase a vehicle also.

What a smooth and easy transaction! And we had our car shipped across the country SIGHT UNSEEN! Eric got us a great price on shipping too! I live in Indiana. I was searching online for a Black 2005-2009 Mercedes Clk convertible that was in Great to Excellent shape when I came across the one that Peterson Motor Company was offering. I have purchased several cars online and had always felt comfortable with my decisions, until now. Peterson Motor Cars showed 42 photos of this car and it looked really nice! I called and asked very specific questions, such as. " Are there any scratches, dings or dents?" To which Eric replied , " it is a used car and there a few little ones here and there, nothing noticable" Do you know if the car has had any of the required Mercedes maintenance performed?" Eric's reply, " yes it was just serviced" "Do the tires Match", Eric's reply , " Yes " Are there any mechanical issues ", Eric's reply, " None that I know of " and "How does it drive" Eric's reply, " it drives like new " ! I made an offer on this car and they accepted it. He was very up knowledgeable when it came to out of state tax collection and registration issues. Once we cleared that up , I had a cashier check overnighted and arranged for shipping. I recieved the car last Friday.......... Immediately I noticed the hood had a huge scratch on the passenger side. I also noticed the the car was riddled with chips and scuffs that were obviously touched up. I also noticed wax in EVERY crease of the car. The drivers side turn signal light was missing a chunk out it and the drivers door mad a horrible rattleling noise. Upon further inspecting my vehicle I noticed three tires were "Good Year" and one was an " Off" brand. ! Feeling disgusted , got in the car , which is in Excellent shape and drove away. I scrolled through the settings and noticed that "Service B " was 700 miles past due, and there was an "ESP Malfunction"I turned the stereo on only to hear that two of the three speakers on the passenger door aren't working. I also smelled a scent that I explain as " burning oil " and a little smoke. I dropped the car off at my local Mercedes dealership to be inspected. They found that a few screws in the engine apartment were loose and was causing the oil to drip , they found that several components in the drivers for were loose and off track ......All of these things I could have lived with if I was looking for a used car in fair to good condition. This car was represented as being in "Great Condition" . I would have never bought this car if they had told me the truth... Online buyers should BEWARE

WHEN MR.GENE RISNER CALLED INQUIRING ABOUT OUR 2005 MERCEDES CLK WE GAVE HIM A DESCRIPTION OF THE CAR AS WE WERE WALKING AROUND IT. NOTING THAT THE CAR WAS IN VERY GOOD SHAPE CONSIDERING THE AGE AND THE MILES.WHEN MR. GENE RISNER CAME UP WITH A PRICE HE NEGOTIATED US DOWN TO OUR VERY LOWEST PRICE AND WE CAME TO AN AGREEMENT WHEN SPEAKING WITH MR. GENE RISNER WE KNEW HE WOULD BE SHIPPING THE CAR BACK TO HIS HOME IN OSCEOLA,INDIANA AND THAT WE WOULD BE HAPPY TO ASSIST HIM IN SHIPPING AND WE WOULD TAKE CARE OF ANY PAPERWORK THAT NEEDED TO BE ADDRESSED. HE ENDED UP GETTING HIS OWN SHIPPER WHICH GAVE US A THOROUGH CONDITION REPORT WHICH STATED NO SCRATCH ON THE HOOD OR NO DAMAGED DRIVERS SIDE TURN SIGNAL. WE OFFERED TO HELP IN ANYWAY POSSIBLE BUT WAS TOLD BY MR. GENE RISNER NOT TO WORRY ABOUT IT . THE 42 PICTURES ON OUR WEBSITE ARE HI RESOLUTION AND SHOW EVERYTHING THAT IS GOOD BAD OR INDIFFERENT. AS TO THE ESP MALFUNCTION IT IS USUALLY A BULB FAILURE THAT CAN HAPPEN AT ANYTIME. WE ARE SORRY THAT ANY CUSTOMER IS NOT TOTALLY HAPPY WITH THEIR PURCHASE ,IF MR. GENE RISNER WOULD HAVE JUST MENTIONED THAT HE WOULD LIKE SOME SORT OF ASSISTANCE INSTEAD OF TELLING US TO NOT WORRY ABOUT IT WE WOULD OF BE HAPPY TO ASSIST.BRINGING A CAR ALL THE WAY BACK TO OSCEOLA INDIANA AND NOT BEING HAPPY IS NOT OUR GOAL AT ALL! .......ONLINE BUYERS PLEASE CHECK OUR FEEDBACK ANYWHERE AND YOU WILL SEE A LOT OF SATISFIED CUSTOMERS !
