I met with Mark Smith and Alex Casas among other members of their legal team and I was blown away with their expertise and professionalism. Don't hesitate to call this law firm if you need to get your case pushed through and get the best representation in south Florida. Mark is a pit bull and he'll get you the cash you're entitled to!

I hired Alex Casas after being involved in a car accident. Everything went fine until it was time to finalize and receive my disbursement. The PIP was not listed in the paperwork but I was told not to worry about it. I later found out that there was a dispute between the rehab center and my insurance and the PIP amount was taken out of my end of the money. That was three years ago and since then my calls and emails have been ignored. I am filing a complaint with the 15th circuit court Standing Committee on Professionalism and the Attorney/Consumer Assistance Program. Maybe someone will call me back...
