I went to get a facial done because they were offering a great deal on Groupon or Living Social (cannot recollect which one) and was super impressed with the service I received, from start to finish. I was greeted warmly by the receptionist, didn't wait long, and before they jumped right into my facial, we actually had a consultation. I cannot remember her name, but she was very bubbly and sweet. She wanted to learn about me, my skin, and what was important to get out of this facial. I explained extractions are the most important thing to me and she spent A LOT of time cleaning out my pores, probably more time than was even expected. She did such an amazing job and my face never looked so great! I've had many facials in the past, and this was by far the best. They'll also recommend products for your skin type and a regime to follow after your facial. I was so impressed I went back a few months later, even with no coupon, and this time I actually had it done by JoAnn, with the same great results as the first. I highly recommend this place, I promise you will not be disappointed!

Started out fine, but that is where my praise ends. When there was a problem I was dismissed and blamed. I definitely would not recommend this company as they do not stand behind customer satisfaction and Carol Ann is not forthcoming with her information, then turns the table and diverts the culpability! Will let everyone I know not to go here.
