I am sick and tired of my neighbor upstairs b on the floor then don't post be tough the floor get a b headache can the office do something a about it

Do not move here full of roach I kill about ten roach each day in my kitchen. Their pest control sucks they come and spray in the corners of the kitchen. The roaches are all in the cabinets. They do not replace the carpet from previous owners. My carpet is so stiff and old the dish wash was not fixed when I moved in. The stove has shortages in it.The refrigerator stop working within 3 months of moving in.This place is a joke

My apartment is infested with roaches. Every time I go to the office they shrug it off and tell me they'll have someone come out. either they don't come or they come and spray for 30 seconds and off they go. I regret moving here every day

There is a big turn around in staff. There is an Extreme lack of communication between the staff members. It has taken maintence over a year to fix things in my home. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Office is very nasty abd and rude, ,they will cuss at you in a hearr beat. They never come out to fix anything.

Out of all of the apartments in Florida i've lived in the ones at Indian Trace beat all of the rest hands down. The office staff is great and when I call in a work order it gets fixed the same day.
