Bob is the first salesperson that truly assists Their client. I was going thru a difficult period having to place my mother in an assisted living facility. He listened to what her needs would be and helped me find furniture that would make this change easier. I cannot praise Bob enough and have told all of my friends how helpful he was. This was a five star experience
