Bad record keeping as they cannot verify what supplies I have when looking at my account. Reps are nice on phone but do not follow through (ordered supplies on 12/14 and they never contacted my doctor for script). I gave rep new home address and phone number and she updated address but not the new phone number. When I get my supplies they also send items I cannot use, like wrong size CPAP masks and nasal pillows and I wonder if Medicare is being billed for them.

This company will NOT STOP CALLING and trying to trick my elderly mother into agreeing to taking knee and back braces! It is such a medicare SCAM! And they call from different numbers each time so it's hard to block. A few callers even lie and say they are with UPS and need our address so they can ship the package. This is sooooo wrong. I wish someone would stop this company! I'm sick and tired of the calls EVERY DAY!
OMG! worst customer service ever!! Unreliable information, calls aren't returned. If the local office can't help you, don't bother calling the Executive Customer Care Team. They are useless. When lives and quality of life are at risk, I would expect a more responsive, caring response. I guess when you have a monopoly on a service, there is really no accountability.
Lincare has terrible reception and poor customer service. The people working at the office have 0 respect or care for their customers and don't value the customer at all. I had one incident recently where I communicated with a woman at the office who did nothing to answer my questions and had a horrible attitude towards me. I will not be using Lincare ever again due to this terrible service.
