Rental car was supposed to be non-smoking but there was a definite smell of cigarette smoke in the car. When I returned the car to Mercedes Benz of Palm Beach, I told the Enterprise desk person, Stephen (a very nice and competent fellow), about the smell (and a stain on the front passenger seat). He was most apologetic. When a non-smoking car is returned to an Enterprise site, immediate inspection should be made to determine whether someone had been smoking in it and appropriate monetary charges made. Hopefully by now the car has been aired out and the stain removed.

This is my very first time renting a car from Enterprise. First of all let me say that the type of car I was renting was fabulous. I absolutely love the 2014 Black Kia Rio. They knew right away which would be best for me.The service is outstanding. I would definitely rent a car from here again.
My last 2 rentals had one thing in common....both cars were shamefully dirty. The second car had the gas tank on "reserve". Therefore, I had to go to the closest gas station and pump gas while standing in the rain.
Had a positive experience overall. Only problem it cost me about $29 per day for insurance to cover my $500 deductible, a bit of a ripoff, but it's my own fault for accepting it
