He ordered the part and arrived punctually to have it repaired. I am glad that I have to spend extra repair cost on a pump that is needed. Thank you very much.

Dolling's Appliances just repaired our refrigerator/freezer under a GE extended warranty. Service was very professional and efficient from start to finish; from setting up the service call with Paulicia at their office, to Ken, the technician. They made sure to keep me in the loop throughout and made sure that our part was ordered and installed as promptly as possible. No hassle whatsoever :).
I just thought I'd drop you a note to let you know how pleased I am with your company and especially with your employee, Jay. A couple of weeks ago, Jay came to service my refrigerator, which was not producing cold air. A couple of days later the appliance was still not working, so Jay came back to look at it again. It was wonderful that he came out the next day, after regular hours, to help us. Also, he took quite a bit of time to explain our options to us. Once we decided to purchase a new refrigerator, he took the parts he had put in earlier that week and gave us our money back. This type of courtesy and service is unheard of nowadays. I cannot tell you how thrilled we were with Jay and with your company. Jay was the nicest, most helpful service professional I have known. Being a woman, I find it refreshing not to be treated like an idiot by a know-it-all repairman. People are always complaining about how they have gotten ripped off by repair companies. We have raved about how reputable yours is to many of our friends and neighbors - and will continue to do so. No one could believe that you took the parts back and refunded our money without any prompting on my part. Since all our appliances are getting up there in years, I'm sure that we will be seeing more of your company around my house. You've earned a loyal customer!
Dishwasher didn't appear to be working properly with soap dispenser. Called for service to check it out and see the damage. Went pretty good. John was a professional tech and actually didn't find anything wrong which is good to hear. In the end, I was pleased overall.
I've been using these guys for appliance service for years. There doesn't seem to be anything mechanical that these guys can't service. They're very down-to-earth and NEVER try to upsell services! When we bought our house in West Palm Beach, we called these guys to come out and evaluate all the appliances. It came with a bunch of original appliances from 1986, including a big SubZero refrigerator and they were very honest about which one's were worth keeping, which ones needed replacing and what the best values would be. But what impressed us most was them telling us that "no matter what happens, don't EVER replace that old SubZero fridge: it might not have all the modern amenities, but we will ALWAYS be able to fix anything that ever goes wrong". It also came with an old Whirlpool ice machine that did not work. I called a couple of other appliance repair services, including one that specializes in ice machines and neither could make the unit work. Both advised trashing it and getting a new one. So I took it to Dollings and for a few hundred bucks, Jay worked on it and fixed it PERFECTLY! It's been running 24/7 outside on the patio for years now, summer and winter. These guys are the real deal: you'll never go wrong.
Since 1985 MaryAnn and I have been extremely satisfied with the quality and the service of Rosners appliances. We recently upgraded our kitchen with all new stainless steel GE appliances and were extremely pleased with our experience. We had a slight issue with the bottom inside drawer so we call Jeff Rosners. Jeff sent Gasper from Dolling's Appliance and Refrigeration to fix our issue. They called us and set up an appointment to come to our house. Gasper had to order a new drawer from the bottom of the refrigerator. Gasper is extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Gasper answered every question that my wife had regarding all of our new appliances. He explained in detail how the dishwasher and oven worked along with our new microwave and refrigerator. Every question was answered fully and knowledgeably. Gasper is very knowledgeable, friendly and conscientious. Before he came into our home, he put shoe covers over his shoes and had a blanket to cover our tile floor. This morning Gasper called us to tell us that the parts were in and he would be at our house by 5 o'clock. Gasper was early for his appointment so my wife and I did not have to wait! He called us before he arrived at our home to let us know that he was on his way to or home. He replaced the drawers which now work perfectly! And of course, my wife MaryAnn had more questions to ask about her new dishwasher. Gasper was extremely helpful in answering all of her questions. My wife and I own our own local business and it is so refreshing to have someone as Gasper that is so conscientious, friendly, polite and professional and simply a great guy! If you need service for your appliances we highly recommend Dolling's Appliance and Refrigeration Inc. This company definitely has Heart as they say in their tag line logo!
This company has helped me with two appliance repairs and were right on target - knew exactly what the problem was and fixed in no time. Outstanding rates too. I highly recommend them.
I found Anthony from Appliance Solutionz to be very knowledgeable and reliable. I would use him again and recommend him to anyone needing an appliance repaired.
I called them because their ad said no service fee even if they don't repair it...my not old fridge developed a leak, was told to buy a new one, called Appliance Solutionz, Anthony came over, knew what the problem was at once, repaired it at a very reasonable rate, cleaned up the mess...while he was here I asked about a slow drip in my bathroom sink, my handyman said I need all new sink, faucet, Anthony said all I needed was a new cartridge in the faucet..he and Vic took all my stress away, so professional, ...of course I don't want to need them again, but should anything go wrong, for me or friends, neighbors, I will HIGHLY recommend them...five stars isn't high enough praise for these guys!
One of the things that you think would separate Rosners' from large appliance retailers is their commitment to personalized customer service, and the fact that they are a family owned business. This is echoed in their slogan "Satisfied Customers for 100 years." Let me tell you a different story. My aging grandparents, one of which who is 90 and the other 92, bought almost all of their appliances from Rosners' over the years. When my grandmother had to buy a new refrigerator, instead of going to the local Best Buy which is about 10 minutes away, she went to Rosners' a sum 45 minute drive from their house; they come from an age when loyalty meant something.Well, after buying the refrigerator it came with a rather large depression on the door (obviously from handling). After my parents and I arrived for Christmas holidays we assured them that it wasn't normal and paid a visit to Rosners'. Nicole at Rosners' was very friendly and assured us that it would be looked at by a "GE Technician." After the technician arrived he bounced back and forth between whether or not GE was going to replace the door, finally deciding on not, and left. He told Rosners' that we were rude and this was part of the reason. I really wish we had recorded the encounter because we were nothing but cordial in trying to explain the problem we were having. If you have a look online you will see that GE is known for being rude, dismissive, and downright deplorable according to Consumer Affairs. Naturally, Rosners' sided with GE because that ultimately means less work/$ for their mistake. It seems as though dents and machines arriving to customers in less than 100% condition is not only isolated to us. Check out other Google and Yelp reviews. It is a sad day when smaller, family owned businesses, with a commitment to satisfied customers is upstaged by the likes of Best Buy and Home Depot.Satisfied Customers for 0 years.
