Stush Salon and Spa, To Susan L, I am sorry you felt that way about the price that was charged for doing your Keratin Smoothing Treatment, full head of Highlights And Haircut. I spent 3 1/2 almost 4 hours doing your hair for $270.00 . I also inform you of the price I would charge for all the services. ,, yes your highlights came out a little lighter than you wanted which I fixed by applying a toner, which I had to charge for due to the fact that I had already given you an enormous discount on your services.
Said she was gonna charge me a discounted price and then, after she messed up my hair color (by making the highlights too blonde despite me telling her repeatedly that i did not want blonde highlights), she then had to use toner to get them to a color closer to what I asked for, she charged me significantly more for the toner use without telling me until I went to check out. And even after being scammed for a higher price than agreed upon (which is absurd given that the only reason the toner was needed was because she screwed up my color), my hair color is STILL too light and not what i asked for and even she admitted that I will need to get another toner treatment in a few weeks because the color will lighten even more. Finally, she does not accept cards and I had to pay for this ridiculously expensive treatment, which doesn’t even look like how I wanted it to look, in cash. Would not go again.
Awful services. Dont know what they are doing dont even know the colors name.Plus it is really $$$ and not even one professional. The manager / owner doesnt even know what shes doing.Never go in there
Last reviewer was definitely wrong. The workers treated me with care. They also gave me advice on how to treat my hair and the products that they used for my hair looked really good
No set pricing. They charge whatever the decide to when you are done. Was told $35 on the phone, ended up being $65.STAY AWAY!!
Kerra has been doing my hair for years. She has now moved down the street back to an old location she used to work at only now the salon is her salon. 5027 Okeechobee Blvd at the corner of Okeechobee & Haverhill (next to Guitar store)
The woman doing my nails was very nice, but I have to say that I'm extremely disappointed. I showed up for my appointment and she was working on someone else and I had to wait a bit. That normally wouldn't be too much of an issue, except the gel started flaking the next day! Below is a picture I took at 8am. I had it done at 6pm the day before. I don't know if it's the gel polish they used or the system, but my gel manicures usually last around 3 weeks with my usual place. Unfortunately, it was a big waste of time and money for me.
We invite you to stop in and see the new look of the salon, say hello and get to know us. Free Conditioning Treatment when you mention you saw this listing.

I have been getting manicures and pedicures with Dahlia for years now. She is the best. The pedi includes wrapping your feet in hot towels, a wonderful, relaxing massage and careful, caring treatment.I also highly recommend Dahlia's facials and reflexology treatments. She is highly professional, personable and gifted. You will be doing yourself a great favor by trying Lala's.Pat H.
