By the far the worst company I've ever worked with. Michelle is uncommunicative and unprofessional, which is bad enough, but now she is telling the moving company at the other end to charge me for things I already paid her for, including SHIPMENT. I'm getting my lawyer involved. Unbelievable.

It all started well back I'm May of 2014 when I had swift move me from the USA to Australia, I payd my deposit then the balance in a timely manor, then the problems started, the container arrived at our town home and the truck driver was angry from the start as it was raining and tight to fit his truck. Once he saw just how much stuff we had to put in the 40' container he just rolled his eyes and walked away and made some phone calls, it took the 3 of us 9 hrs to load it at a cost to me of $600.00 extre, an that was ok I was told that up front, the big problm came when the container arrived in Australia and swift did not pay the sea fraight, this caused the shipping company to detain the container that caused storage charges of $8400.00 to be put on the container, it was about $700.00 a day. This due to swift not paying their bill in a timely manner, all the time arguing with another company, I personaly had to pay $8400.00to have my container released, that doubled my shipping cost. Would never use, recommend any one to use this company.



My total about $17000,00, for a $9000.00 job.
